We’re sorry to see you go! To remove your account, first delete all of your upcoming payment accounts. To do so: click on the payment from the Upcoming Payments card, then tap the three-dot menu at the top right of the screen, then select "Remove this payment". 


This will cause any outstanding funds to either be automatically refunded to your checking account or sent out as payments once they clear on our end. If any of your withdrawals are still pending, the payment associated will send as soon as we fully receive the funds, and you’ll be notified by email. 


Once you’ve deleted your linked payments, contact us to let us know you'd like your account deactivated. Please keep in mind that this process can take up to 2 weeks, depending on your pending withdrawals and other factors.
