We deduct a small fee from the payments that we send out on your behalf: $1.99 for each monthly payment sent out. This helps cover our cost of sending out payments on your behalf. (And fuels a ton of coffee for us!) You're only charged when a payment is sent out. For example, if you save $60 in a month, we'll send out $58.01. So if you decide to pause for a few months, you won't be charged while your account is inactive!
