To remove an upcoming payment account:


First, open your Qoins app. Click on the upcoming payment from the UpcomingPayments card on the app, then tap the three-dot menu in the top right-hand corner. From there you will be able to select the option to “Remove this payment”. You'll be asked to confirm that you do want to remove the payment. 


If you've had any withdrawals for that account that have not been sent as a payment yet, you will be given two options: to either refund the amount to your checking account or to send a final payment towards your linked debt account. 


If you choose to refund the amount, it can take up to 7 business days depending on any pending withdrawals. Once the withdrawals have cleared, they full amount will be returned to your linked funding source (checking account).
